Speaking about this year’s Formula 1 Australian Grand pix, APP Executive Project Director Ben Schubert says It’s amazing to witness the teamwork our team displays throughout this whole project under very challenging conditions and all the while keeping the client glad and the personnel on the project and the public in Albert Park safe. Congratulations to everyone who was involved in delivering this outrageous event. I chose the Urban team because I have a passion for property and loved the nature of the projects. At the last of 2015, an opportunity opened up in the Infrastructure Team and onto NorthConnex. Since moving into this team, Au Lynn has been promoted to Project Engineer Environmental. I have an environmental focus, issuing weekly environmental observation reports, reviewing environmental documentation and attending fortnightly inspections with the client, HMS, the Environmental Representative and the Contractors. Andrew joined the Graduate Program in 2012 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and behind active as an Estimator with a project management firm. Once he had completed the program, Andrew chose to work in his clever Projects team where he has remained since. Within her three years working on this project, her aptitude base developed immensely from both a technical and contractual aspect, learning from the knowledge and experience of her team members and other key stakeholders. This year’s participants will get to experience personal and professional development opportunities and grow their professional networks. The program’s key goal is to champion women in the industry providing a platform for participants to network and develop fresh connections in the industry, as healthy as magnify on their personal and professional development opportunities. Congratulations to both APP participants and sponsors involved in this year’s program. Crystal Gray (Senior Project Manager) from the LLD branch has been reelected on the Diversity Committee, where she will remain to contribute to building diversity and inclusiveness in the property industry. The upgrades will transform the chop into an integrated and energized urban community, set to change the way staff commute and interact within the precinct.
