What you should know about AnnieS Cedar Farm Cottages
The kids enjoyed helping you feed the animals. We loved the animals the place and the hospitality. Your hospitality AA and your splendid farm a very clam place to stay. Our 4 yr worn enjoyed the swings, and ponies in the paddock. Our daughter enjoyed looking ponies, kangaroos and other animals from so accessible up and the chance to feed them. Everything spontaneous and will stay with us forever. Thanks Annie and Stephen for making our trip memorable and exciting. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back again. Quiet and relaxing, flawless for a city getaway. Seeing kangaroos so close up is quite a novel experience for a kiwi! Also, exploring the bush on your property was immense I got to (briefly) see a fox another beginning for me! Why don’t you come and experience for yourself the hidden Gem that is Annie’s Cedar Farm Cottages. Recently we had our alpaca horn so we thought it a immense opportunity to donate you an overview of these huge animals. Even though alpaca come from South America including countries such as Peru, Argentina, Chile and the highlands of the Andes, they are capable to many climates and countries such as Australia. Alpaca are related to llamas but are much smaller than llamas can be around twice their size. Alpaca are also relatively easy to manage and maintain which is one of the reasons why the popularity of owning alpacas has grown very steadily over the years in Australia. Furthermore, the growth in Australia of alpaca farming is primarily due to breeding as well as for the fleece. The fleece produced by alpaca is same to cashmere in texture, silkiness and softness which makes it ideal for use in making a range of clothes, blankets and quilts. Another interesting fact about alpaca is that they have easy pad type feet which means they don’t ravage the terrain as much as other livestock which have firm hooves. If alpaca are well looked behind and cared for they will live for approximately 20 years. Alpaca are also obvious for their spitting but try not to retain that against them! They are usually calm and defenseless animals and the main reason they spit is that they are showing their displeasure. Alpaca are tender by nature and can make appropriate pets. The after time you visit us arrive and face our alpaca.
